Is Fractional Real Estate the Way of the future?

I have to say, it's certainly becoming top of mind - and not just here in North America, but developers from Europe, Australia, and Asia alike are starting to buzz about how to make recreational and resort real estate more saleable. The obvious answer is to make it more affordable during this global economic crisis by turning it into a fractional, timeshare, destination club or private residence club offering.
